  • Is the park open all year?
    No. Klamath River RV Park is generally open from April to October, depending on the weather and other factors. However, please note that the park may close earlier or later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, so it's always best to check with us before making your travel plans. We strive to keep our guests informed and up-to-date on any changes or closures, so you can have a safe and enjoyable stay at Klamath River RV Park.
  • Can I receive packages at the park?
    Yes, you can receive packages at our park. We accept most major delivery services, however, please note that delivery times may be longer than what you're used to. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask our staff for more details.
  • How late can I arrive?
    We close the gate at 9pm. Camp hosts are available until then to get you checked in and help you find your site. If you'll be arriving after 9pm, please call ahead of time and we'll come open the gate and help get you settled in for the night.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Start by purchasing a reservation and sending the dates you want to stay. We'll check availability and get in touch to finalize the reservation. You can also make a reservation by calling us at (707) 482-2091 or sending an email to info@klamathriverrvpark.com.
  • Can I change my dates after I've made a reservation?
    Yes, you can change your dates as long as there is availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.
  • What discounts do you offer?
    We offer a variety of discounts to enhance your stay with us. These discounts are available for daily rates only, as our weekly and monthly rates already include discounted pricing. Discounts cannot be combined. Military 10% discount on daily rates for active duty military personnel, veterans, and their families. A valid military ID must be presented at check-in. AAA Provides a 10% discount on daily rates for AAA members. Members must provide their AAA membership number during the reservation process and present their membership card at check-in. Passport America 35% discount for Passport America members on daily rates on a space-available basis only. Cannot be applied to Premium River View sites This discount is subject to availability and may not be available during peak seasons, holidays, or special events. Members must provide their Passport America membership number during the reservation process and present their membership card at check-in.
  • What if I don't like my spot when I get there?
    We always do our best to accommodate our guests and make sure they are happy with their spot. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your spot, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right based on availability.
  • Can I reserve several sites for a group?
    Yes, we can accommodate groups! Please contact us directly to make a reservation for a group so we can make sure the sites are located together. We offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us directly to learn more about group discounts.
  • What's the largest RV you can accommodate at Klamath River RV Park?
    We can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet in length with one towed/tow vehicle.
  • What happens after I make a reservation?
    After you pay a deposit (make a reservation) for a site at Klamath River RV Park, you'll receive an email from us finalizing the details of your stay, including the total amount you'll owe at check-in (if any), site details, and the dates of your stay. If the type of site you want isn't available for those dates, we'll contact you to offer alternatives or refund your deposit. We want to make sure everything is in order before you arrive so that you can have a stress-free and enjoyable experience at our campsite. If you have any questions or concerns during this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're always here to help
  • Can I pick a specific spot?
    You can request a specific site number or area of the park by adding a note when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, our goal is to keep guests spaced out when possible, so we do not offer a "site lock" ability, even for a fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. You must cancel regular reservations at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. You must cancel holiday reservations at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges. Holidays include Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Please note that holidays are considered to extend to the surrounding days as well. For example, if a holiday falls on a Wednesday, the entire week is considered a holiday period. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the entire weekend is included in the holiday period. If you cancel less than 7 days before your holiday reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds within 48 hours of scheduled check in. No refunds after check in, regardless of the reason. If you do need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
  • How do I cancel a reservation?

  • Can I bring my pets?
    Yes! We understand that pets are a part of the family and we want them to enjoy the trip as much as you do. However, we do have some rules that we ask our guests to follow to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Please keep your pets on a leash at all times, clean up after them, and be considerate of other campers. Remember, your pet's behavior is your responsibility. No more than 3 dogs per site please.
  • Are kids allowed at Klamath River RV Park?
    Absolutely! We welcome families and well-behaved children at our campsite. Safety is a priority, so we ask that parents or guardians watch their children at all times, especially when they are near the river. The river has a sharp drop at the edge, and we don't want any accidents or falls. It's important to note that the river currents can be strong, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Please keep a close eye on your little ones and make sure they are safe and sound.
  • Is there a play area for kids?
    Yes, we have a designated play area for kids at our campsite. Our playground is located near the Aroma Cafe and is equipped with swings, a teeter-totter, and other fun activities. Please note: playground equipment is for ages 3-8, and kids must be supervised by an adult (21+) parent or guardian at all times.
  • Can I get into the river at the campground?
    No. There is no direct access to the Klamath River from the campground; however, you can drive to the Klamath River beach easily from our campground. Please be aware that there there is a sharp drop (10 feet or more) near the river's edge, there are no lifeguards on duty, and currents can be very strong. Kids and pets can be particularly tempted to investigate the edge and can easily fall in - be careful and stay back!
  • How many 50amp sites do you have?
    We have six (6) 50amp sites available at Klamath River RV Park.
  • Do you have laundry facilities available?
    Yes, we have a laundry room with coin-operated machines available for our guests to use. The cost to wash your clothes is $2.00, and it costs $2.00 to dry them. We provide a change machine on-site for your convenience. We kindly ask that you stay with your laundry while it's in the machines and don't leave it unattended. This ensures that everyone has a chance to use the facilities and that your clothes don't get lost or stolen. If you have any questions or concerns about our laundry facilities, please don't hesitate to ask our staff.
  • Do you offer hot showers and how much are they?
    Yes, we have free hot showers available for our guests. The price is included in the nightly rate of the campsite.
  • Do you have a restaurant on site?
    No. We are in the process of reopening the Aroma Cafe, which will offer coffee, espresso drinks, and some snacks. We offer some drinks and snacks in the office/store. For dining options, see our visitor guide.
  • When is the Aroma Cafe open?
    During the summer season, we open the café as often as possible depending on staff availability. Check with us when you arrive to learn about this year’s hours.
